• Any terms or conditions imposed in the item descriptions cover the winning bidder only.

• All elements of the items are expressed within the descriptions. No additional costs will be included beyond those stated.

• Winning bidder will pay postage costs, which will be clearly included in the online listing.

• To the extent eBay's Terms permit, monies paid for items are non-refundable and items are non-exchangeable.

• To the extent eBay's Terms permit, Big Finish Productions shall have the right to substitute items of similar description and standard if the relevant items become unavailable. In the event of substitution before auction close, bidders may withdraw by notice to Big Finish Productions before bidding closes. After auction close, winning bidders have seven days to decline substitution and receive applicable refunds.

• All item descriptions are provided by Big Finish Productions in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, information may occasionally be incorrect due to human error or circumstances beyond our control.

• Winners agree that Big Finish Productions, BBC Children in Need, or the BBC may use their name and town/country of residence to announce auction winners.

• Winning bidders must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter contracts.

• Big Finish Productions staff and their relatives are excluded from participating.

• Big Finish Productions reserves the right to close auctions early at its discretion.

• Full payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close, or items may be re-auctioned or assigned to other bidders.

Your data will be processed by Big Finish Productions as data controller, who may share details with BBC Children in Need. We comply with Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Personal information is processed for legitimate fundraising interests and auction fulfillment. Data is retained for twelve months and shared only as necessary for auction completion.
