That Was The Week That Was
We look back on the last week of Big Finish activity...
As this news item goes live, there's still just over a day to make the most of our Graceless special offers, ahead of the release of Series 4 later in the month.
On Monday we were delighted to confirm that the CDs of The Diary of River Song Series 2 were starting to head out from the warehouse to those who'd pre-ordered, and immediately available to anyone who's heard just how good this set is since its digital release on Christmas Day.
The releases carried on through Tuesday's release of Doctor Who - The Star Men by Andrew Smith, bringing Adric (Matthew Waterhouse) to the main range, and Wednesday's meeting of the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and Romana (Lalla Ward) with Jago (Christopher Benjamin) and Litefoot (Trevor Baxter) in Doctor Who - The Fourth Doctor Adventures: The Beast of Kravenos.
On Thursday, as initially exclusively revealed in this month's Doctor Who Magazine, there was news on the next Third Doctor Adventures set, and our Doctor Who - Short Trips range confirmed titles into 2018 including two special Time War tales.
Friday saw us delighted to announce at last that Burn Gorman - Dr Owen Harper - had returned to his Torchwood role in a forthcoming release for Big Finish.
The first volume of Dan Dare has been a hit with listeners - Saturday featured a look at some of the critics' reports and ratings.
Last Sunday's Big Finish Podcast from Nicholas Briggs and Benji Clifford looked at the worlds of Big Finish, including a stack of exclusive news.
We'll see you next week for some words from studio on Survivors, a Charlotte Pollard update, and a visit to an office in London's Docklands area...
