Thank you for all your feedback and positive messages about the brand new Big Finish website. We are still working on some issues and hope to resolve some immediate problems some listeners are facing. Please check below if you experiencing one of these issues, and keep checking back here if the problem is ongoing, as we will be updating this page on an ongoing basis until they are resolved.
THIS MONTH'S NEWSLETTER FREE EXTRACT

The bug which was stopping customers adding this month's free extract to their accounts has now been fixed.
We've been made aware of an issue when trying to check out a basket with zero ££ value such as from the offer page for latest free extract for newsletter subscribers. This has been raised with our developers and we hope to have a fix in place soon.
PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL

Our website team has now fixed the initial technical integration issues with PayPal that were impacting some customers. We are aware of a number of orders that may have been affected and are working to resolve these quickly. DOWNLOAD PURCHASES

If you are experiencing problems with a download purchase, please log out, refresh your browser and then log back in again, which should resolve the issue. If you have any further problems with purchases please contact [email protected]
LOGIN ISSUE

Note that your email address is now your "user name" for the purposes of logging in to your account, which will be the same email used to create your account. If you experience problems logging in, please drop a line to [email protected] and we will get you sorted out.
BIG FINISH APP
2 April 2019 UPDATE 11:30 BST This should now be fixed. If you do detect any issues, please email [email protected]
Unfortunately, we are still experiencing some issues with the BF App interfacing with our new website. None of your purchases are lost - you can still access these via our website. Our developer is currently working on a fix for the app. We will update with more information as soon as we have it, and thank you in advance for your patience.
