Attempting once more to take Harry Sullivan and Naomi Cross back home, the Doctor finds himself colliding with past, present and future.

A battle with the Weeping Angels will tear him away from his friends, while the end of the world could bring them back – or bring another surprise altogether…

As his latest set of adventures begin, the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) is travelling with Harry Sullivan (Christopher Naylor) and Naomi Cross (Eleanor Crooks). But it’s almost time for him to finally return them home.

This marks the end of a long-running story arc which has seen Harry and Naomi travel with the Fourth Doctor, work alongside Kate Stewart’s UNIT in the 21st century, and finally resume their TARDIS travels, this time with the Seventh Doctor.

But they’re not home safe just yet – their final trips in time and space will put Harry, Naomi and the Doctor in conflict with the terrifying Weeping Angels.

Another face from the Doctor’s past is on hand to help out, though – Ray (Sara Griffiths), the mechanic first seen in 1987 TV story Delta and the Bannermen. For Ray, this will be the start of a whole new life with the Doctor…

Doctor Who – The Seventh Doctor Adventures: Past Forward is available to purchase now for just £19.99 (download to own) or £24.99 (download to own + collector’s edition 3-disc CD box set). Please note: the collector’s edition CD box set is strictly limited to 1,500 copies and will not be repressed.

The three climactic tales for the Seventh Doctor and his companions are:

With the Angels, Part 1 by John Dorney

When the Doctor’s latest attempt to return Harry and Naomi home goes awry, they find themselves recruited by UNIT for a special mission. A mission involving a new and terrifying breed of Weeping Angel.

Amid betrayal and manipulation, the Doctor and friends are trapped by a destiny they can’t escape. The future is calling... and so is the past.

Catastrophix by Lizzie Hopley

Harry Sullivan and Naomi Cross are on Earth at two different points in a timeline that has gone badly wrong. Back in his own time with UNIT, Harry is in the Lake District, unaware of the horrors to come. Four decades on, Naomi is adrift on an ocean in an apocalyptic nightmare.

What is causing the Earth’s unnatural end? As the Doctor scours the years, he meets a face from the past with the tools to help – a mechanic called Ray.

With the Angels, Part 2 by John Dorney

A billionaire’s birthday party on a super-yacht is the setting for the final battle with the Angels. And the Doctor is on the guest list.

The Bladukas family have no idea how dangerous these creatures are. But they’re about to find out.

Can an old friend help the Doctor prevent a tragedy?

The box set’s guest cast includes Cavin Cornwall, Alasdair Hankinson, Josh Cowdery, Laura Aikman, Katherine Jack, Holly Jackson Walters, Gary Turner, Lydia Baksh, and Daon Broni

Reflecting on the end of Harry Sullivan’s time with the Seventh Doctor, Christopher Naylor said: “I really will miss working with Sylvester. He’s a fine fellow, an absolutely lovely person, and his Doctor is so distinctive and mercurial and interesting, so intelligent and unpredictable. It’s a joy.

“And it’s come across in the writing, that there’s a lot of affection and warmth between the Doctor and Harry and Naomi. It’s really been a lovely relationship to explore. It’s been an absolute blast.”

His co-star Eleanor Crooks added: “Naomi has been questioning where it is that she feels she belongs. She knows that she wants to go home, but her question is, where is home? When you compare it to the start of Naomi’s story, she’s a lot more self-confident now, she’s making a lot more of her own decisions.”
