MISSING ITEMS
The database of orders and products may take a little while to operate correctly, especially over the next 24 hours as the demands on it will be at the highest. We are aware that some customers appear to be missing items. We do apologise for this and are working on a solution. Rest assured, all customers will be given access to the orders they have made.
 
ACCOUNT LOGIN
There is some confusion about the login system, which is due to how the new site will work with new customers. For customers who joined Big Finish before the 30th April 2012, you can still login using your username OR your email address. Only our very newest customers will use their email address to log in. We have changed the name on the log in so to make this clearer.
 
Already our forums are abuzz with comments and overwhelmingly the verdict is good. We are very pleased that everyone who has explored seems to like the new site and hope that you will, too!
