Klein Returns in New Doctor Who Trilogy
An old friend is back with the Seventh Doctor in July†¦ Tracey Childs returns as Dr Elizabeth Klein, who will rejoin the Doctor in his travels through time and space for a new trilogy of adventures.
Klein made her Doctor Who debut in 2001 in the the story Colditz, which also guest starred David Tennant – who went on to become the Tenth Doctor!
She returned as a rather dangerous companion to the Doctor (Sylvester McCoy, on TV 1987-89) in A Thousand Tiny Wings, Survival of the Fittest and The Architects of History.
A very different Klein came back for UNIT: Dominion – now the origanization’s scientific advisor – and that’s a role she’s going AWOL from in Persuasion, Starlight Robbery… and a third story, which is yet to be announced.
For these stories, Klein also has an assistant of her own – Will Arrowsmith, played by Christian Edwards. We can promise some very interesting times ahead…
