This limited edition five-disc set contains two new additions to our Doctor Who: Novel Adaptations range - Doctor Who: Damaged Goods by Russell T Davies, adapted by Jonathan Morris and Doctor Who: The Well-Mannered War by Gareth Roberts, adapted by John Dorney.
The packaging for the release is a new and improved design, allowing for more pages of exclusive extras, as well as secure folders to house each of the five discs. Designed by Mark Plastow the pages are packed with exclusive photos of the story's cast and incredible new artwork from Tom Webster. There's also a specially written introduction from Russell T Davies, as well as contributions from each writer on their work on the release.
The fifth disc contains a behind-the-scenes documentary interviewing Russell, the actors, cast and crew and telling of how these classic novels came to be adapted by Big Finish.
And what's more, those who order through the Big Finish website can unlock a special two-hour edit of the fifth disc, available to download and enjoy. The extended extra contains an indepth interview with Russell T Davies, delving into the writing and impact of Damaged Goods, and exploring some of the special updates that have been added in the adaptation.
Doctor Who: Novel Adaptations Volume 2 - Damaged Goods/The Well-Mannered War is released tomorrow, Monday 13th April from Big Finish Productions.
