We are looking for an excellent candidate to join the very busy team at Big Finish.
Big Finish Productions is the world’s leading producer of full cast audio drama, creating acclaimed productions based on globally recognised franchises including Doctor Who, alongside original series and long-running audio adventures enjoyed by passionate fans worldwide.
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to help deliver campaigns for one of the UK’s most distinctive entertainment brands.
This is a hands-on role focused on digital content, social media, email marketing, audience engagement, and release campaigns. You’ll play a key role in helping every Big Finish release land with impact; creating engaging content, supporting launch campaigns, and connecting directly with a dedicated global fanbase.
The Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across social media, email, digital campaigns, and e-commerce support.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, production teams, and commercial departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, content is consistently engaging, and audiences remain connected to the Big Finish brand.
• Build and maintain a rolling social content calendar aligned to release schedules
• Create engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, YouTube, SoundCloud, and other digital platforms
• Produce audiograms, teaser clips, cover reveals, and behind-the-scenes content
• Build, quality-check, and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Support audience segmentation and campaign targeting
• Produce monthly performance summaries covering social growth, engagement, email performance, and website traffic
• Coordinate or capture behind-the-scenes content from studio recording days
• Write product listing copy, metadata, and SEO-informed descriptions for new releases
• Support website product launches and promotional activity
• Assist with third-party platform listings and digital storefronts
• 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital content, or social media role
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience creating and scheduling content across multiple social platforms
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting
• Experience using email marketing platforms and social scheduling tools
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work
• Genuine interest in storytelling, entertainment, sci-fi, fantasy, podcasting, or fandom culture
• Familiarity with Doctor Who and the Big Finish catalogue
• Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and UTM tracking
• Experience writing SEO-informed product descriptions
• Familiarity with dotdigital
• Salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
• Remote-first working with occasional London attendance
