In an exciting week for Big Finish, we announced a new companion for Doctor Who - the Eighth Doctor’s new companion Bliss, to be played by Rakhee Thakrar. She’ll be joining Paul McGann during the Time War adventures, a prequel to the War Doctor stories. These are all available for order individually or as bundles. And you can hear more from Rakhee in the Big Finish Podcast, in an interview with Nicholas Briggs and Benji Clifford!

There was plenty of John Barrowman action this week, with the release of The Lives of Captain Jack on Tuesday, as well as the first Torchwood title at Big Finish, The Conspiracy available for £2.99 on download as The Listeners title for the month.

We also had the release of Torchwood_cascade_CDrip.tor on Wednesday, with Naoko Mori in a Torchwood story like none you’ve heard before.

At the time of writing we still have our offers on some of our Mark Gatiss Big Finish stories, in honour of his latest penned episode of Doctor Who this Saturday. From as little as £1.50, there’s a mix of stories to chill your spine. We also celebrated Colin Baker’s birthday in style, looking at some of his other Big Finish works, and looked at the reviews for The Omega Factor Series 2, starring Louise Jameson and John Dorney.
