Special Offers on our BBC Audio Drama Awards Finalists!
Two Big Finish titles have been announced as finalists in the 2017 BBC Audio Drama Awards - and we're making both titles available for the next 24 hours at a special low price!
Established in 2012 to pay tribute to the cultural importance of audio drama, on air and online, the BBC Audio Drama Awards recognise the actors, writers, producers and sound designers who work in the format.
To celebrate two Big Finish releases reaching the final stages of judging in the Best Online/Non-Broadcast Drama category of the 2017 Awards, we're reducing the price for the next 24 hours, letting our listeners judge for themselves!
Our first finalist is Absent Friends by John Dorney, the opening episode of Doctor Who - Doom Coalition Series 3.
When the TARDIS veers off-course, the Doctor and his companions find themselves in the middle of a mystery. Sometimes the past comes back to haunt you. And sometimes the future does as well.
Our second finalist is Torchwood - More Than This, written by Guy Adams and starring Eve Myles:
Gwen Cooper has triumphed against impossible odds before, but now she's finally met her match: Roger Pugh, Planning Officer for Cardiff City Council.
Mr Pugh doesn't believe the world needs Torchwood. Gwen sets out to prove him wrong. For Mr Pugh, it's a day that'll change his life. If he can survive it.
Torchwood contains adult material and may not be suitable for younger listeners
Torchwood - More Than This is available at the special price of just £8 on CD or £6 to Download. The director was Scott Handcock, with sound design by Neil Gardner and music by Blair Mowat.
These special prices are only available until 6pm UK time on Wednesday 4th January 2017 - so order now!
