Klein was first introduced in the story Colditz, but later returned for her own trilogy opposite Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor (he played the role on TV between 1987-89, and returned for the TV Movie in 1996).
Now Klein is back and she's the scientific advisor to UNIT... and there's a multitude of dangers facing the world that are leaking through from other dimensions.
