Eighth Doctor Sale Update

A massive, huge, enormous thank you to everyone who ordered something in our week of Eighth Doctor sales, which have been a big success. And just as big a thank you to Alison, Catrin and the Sales team, who've been dashing around putting together orders, and Paul Wilson, who's been updating the website daily and nightly with new prices and different series.
We'd like to reassure customers that while there is now a backlog due to the sale, orders will be with them as quickly as possible. The Sales team are working their hardest to get everything out as speedily as possible (while also dealing with customer enquiries and their usual day-to-day tasks), but sheer weight of numbers of orders means that items may be sent out a little slower than usual.
Please bear with us; your orders will be with you as fast as we can manage. In the meantime, customers who've ordered CDs will be able to access a free download copy of the stories they've bought by going to the 'My Account' section of the website (usually in the top right of the screen).
Once again, many thanks for your support, and a warm welcome to people who've bought from us for the very first time!
