Dorian Gray Episode 2.3 Released
The Confessions of Dorian Gray continues this week with a supernatural murder mystery in 1930s New York courtesy of writer David Llewellyn - available to download now! And we enter the third week of our competition giveaways!
The Confessions of Dorian Gray: Murder on 81st Street takes us back to 1939 and reunites Dorian with his old friend Dorothy Parker, played by Sarah Douglas (best known for her role as Ursa in the Superman movies). Their evening taking in an exhibition of antiquities soon takes a sinister turn when one of the guests is murdered - and Dorian and Dorothy are top of the list of suspects!
The episode is available to download now for just £2.99, or as part of a five-part series subscription for £12.99. Don't forget you can also catch-up with series one now, or pre-order our CD adaptation of Oscar Wilde's original novel, The Picture of Dorian Gray, which comes signed by Alexander Vlahos if your order is placed before the end of August.
We also have three script covers for Murder on 81st Street - signed by Alexander Vlahos - to give away! To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is answer this question, the answer to which can be found in the play itself:
What was Dorian wearing at Miss Adler's bawdy house when he first met Dorothy Parker?
E-mail your answers to [email protected] with 'Dorian Competition' in the subject line, and we will announce the winners next week! Huge congratulations to last week's competition winners - Connie Estrada, Yvonne Simeonidis and Chris Myers - who correctly identified The Shakespeare Cafe as the location for Dorian's first confrontation with Otto and the Gravediggers.
Note: The Confessions of Dorian Gray contains adult material and is not suitable for younger listeners.
