Jenny was created from the Doctor's template - so it's no wonder she finds herself in trouble. A lot. Exploring the universe with Noah, a mystery boy from nowhere, they have escaped the mercenary hunting them - but wrecked the timelines in the process.

3.1 Florence O'Connor and the Sandwich of Doom by John Dorney

These stories take place immediately after events in the Big Finish audio drama Jenny the Doctor's Daughter Series 02: Still Running.

Georgia Tennant, who is also associate producer on the series, said: "It's always a joy to be back at Big Finish and to jump back into Jenny's boots again has been a dream. We pretty much pick up exactly where we left her and Noah, so it's full pelt from the off, and in no time, they're back on an adventure.

"Sean and I have been friends for such a long time now, but we live very far apart, so getting to do a week in the studio together is not only a chance for Jenny and Noah to get back together but also a chance for Sean and I to catch up and have a laugh. Not too much, obviously, as we are super professional actors... mostly. We really hope you enjoy it!"

Anna Lundberg said: "Working with Georgia is a pleasure - before we've played versions of ourselves in Staged, whereas here we get to play these very heightened characters, and be enemies!

"Jexabel is a mysterious force of nature, very temperamental, and she is the richest being in the universe. She is trying to create a superhuman kind of civilisation, and she doesn't care who goes down along the way. She is ruthless."

Georgia Tennant added: "It's very exciting working with Anna again, as a baddie to my goodie this time. And it's nice to have someone that you know very well is not really like that - she's much nicer in real life. Mostly."

Producer Emma Haigh said: "It's great to be back for more adventures with Jenny and Noah - this set sees them help a librarian with her lunch order and a couple of monks with some mythical creatures. It also brings together a couple of old adversaries, and they meet the nemesis behind all of this, along with some tiresome tots. There's never a dull moment with Jenny and Noah!"

Script editor Matt Fitton added: "We ended on a cliffhanger last time with Jenny finally getting the Colt-5000 off her trail. But unfortunately, the consequence of changing history means that Noah is now the cyborg pursuing Jenny!

"We wanted to have Jenny's nemesis appear - kind of the opposite of her. So, Jexabel Glyce was born. She's somebody whose heritage has given her everything - privilege and wealth. Anna Lundberg absolutely grabbed hold of the role and it sounds fantastic when the two of them go up against each other."
