Jacqueline Pearce, who plays Servalan in Blake's 7: The LIberator Chronicles, will be joining the Big Finish team at the Dimensions Convention in Newcastle this weekend.
The two-day event, on November 10 and 11, features a host of Doctor Who guests including Fifth Doctor Peter Davison (on TV 1982-84), Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy (on TV 1987-89), Frazer Hines (who played Jamie McCrimmon from 1966-69), Louise Jameson (Leela, 1977-78) and John Leeson (the voice of K9, 1977-present day).
The Big Finish team also comprises Beth Chalmers, who plays the Seventh Doctor's companion Raine Creevy in The Lost Stories and UNIT: Dominion, Chase Masterson (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) who will be talking about her new audio series Vienna, producer David Richardson, director Ken Bentley, and writers Matt Fitton and Mark Wright.
Jacqueline Pearce played Servalan in Blake's 7 during its four-year run on television between 1978-81. Although she lives in Africa, she has regularly returned to the role for the Big Finish audio series Blake's 7: The Liberator Chronicles. She can be heard as Servalan on Volume 2, which is available now and which she will be signing at the event.
