Following two highly successful series, the Counter-Measures team is back for more in July 2014... Counter-Measures – Series Three, stars Simon Williams, Pamela Salem and Karen Gledhill as the crack team from Remembrance of the Daleks, Hugh Ross as their boss Toby Kinsella, and Philip Pope as Toby’s right-hand man Templeton.
“Everyone who works on Counter-Measures absolutely loves it,” says producer David Richardson, “and it’s been so gratifying to see that love being reflected by those who bought the first two box sets. It’s taken us a long time to get these four new scripts together because we really wanted to top what went before… and I think our writers have done that. We pick up directly from where we left off… and Sir Toby has some explaining to do!”
The four scripts are written by Matt Fitton, Justin Richards, Ken Bentley (making his writing debut at Big Finish) and John Dorney, with stories that will find the ICMG investigating an unusual crime, lost an urban nightmare, caught up in a troubled village, and going undercover to look into strange events abroad.
It's a new Who's Round, Toby Hadoke's Doctor Who 50th anniversary quest to get an anecdote about every single episode of Doctor Who to date. In this instalment, Toby looks back a full fifty years.
